Slurry packing is specifically engineered to handle slurries without detrimental effects on your equipment. We produce it from a proprietary blend of fibers in conjunction with a special braiding design, which enables Robco 4259 Slurry Packing to perform well in a high abrasion / high surface velocity environment, in presence of vibration, pressure, and steam.
Yet, this compression packing will not damage pump shafts or sleeves. Our Robco 4259 Slurry Packing will retain its mechanical integrity when it operates at high shaft speeds. It also performs well with mild chemicals or steam where it will not hydrolyze.
