Before and after using Robco's 4259 on Magma pump C at Sugar mill

Before using Robco's Gland packing, magma pumps experience extreme leakage from high viscosity and high head and pressure. These slurries are filled up by buckets and pour back into the process by workers. These create contamination, loss of process, constant manpower, higher power consumption.

After introducing Robco's 4259 on the same pumps, Robco's packing is able to prevent leakage, slurries dried up, and is seen as black powder at the bottom of the bucket. Robco's packing was able to prevent leakage and changing of gland packing for the whole sugar harvesting season of 3 months, compared to other competitor brands of only 1 - 3 days.
